Loosen the screw in the center of the mount so you can remove the tilt swivel attaching plate on the back. Place the attaching plate onto the desired position. Screw the attaching plate into place with the enclosed screws.

Loosen the screws holding the Garmin mount, save the screws for use in the next step.

Attach the adapter plate to the back of your Garmin device with the screws removed in step 2.

The mount is in place.
